OpenAxess SA is a Christian nonprofit initiative in South Africa that provides refurbished computers preloaded with literacy, mathematics, science, and computer-skills programmes to places of safety and orphanages that lack access to digital education.
Guided by faith and the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and grow, we seek to empower children to explore, dream, and fulfil their potential.
How we make a difference:
We collect donated laptops and desktops
We refurbish and install educational software
We deliver them to child-care institutions in need
We check up on those child-care institutions and work on improvements and updates on the systems
We have fundraisers to assist with any education-related fees orphanages or places of safety mind need
